With over a decade of experience in children’s residential care, children’s rights, participation, and user involvement, Charlotte is a strong advocate for ensuring the voices of children and young people are central to decision-making. She has held leadership roles spanning service management, training, supervision, commissioning, and quality assurance, with a continued focus on improving outcomes for individuals and families. Testimonials

"The one-day introduction course was incredibly insightful and well-structured. I left feeling inspired and equipped with valuable skills to implement in my practice, I especially liked the time spent with the animals."
Sarah M
"I can't think of anything I would have liked to change about the day. I liked everything. I did not expect it to be emotional, but it was. Thank you for a lovely day"
Emily H
"Golden nugget of info was using animals to mirror. I would like going forward to learn more theory but as a taster day this was a perfect balance. Trying to use animals at our school to support our children – great seeing this so empathetically done here. Amazing delivery and experience."
